I am sitting at home with my 5 year old son today because we have about 6-8 inches of snow on the ground mixed in with about a half of an inch of ice in the middle. Real estate activity here in Portland Oregon has slowed to almost non-existent as people are focused on the holidays and trying to stay warm. The weather has come at a bad time in my opinion since it is such a fantastic time to be buying a house.

With inventory at a record high and interest rates hovering at or below 5%, it is a fantastic time to be a home buyer.  The video below will give you an idea of what we have here. I am sure the people in Boston aren't impressed by our snow, but it is a significant event for us.
