1.  Each neighborhood is named (e.g. Thornridge or Empress Pl.) and is centered around a cul-de-sac.

2.  Miles of walking and bike trails--some paved, some not.

3.  Elementary and Middle schools are located right in the center of the development.

4.  Waking up in the morning to see hot air balloons floating silently overhead.

5.  Scores of kids playing, shouting, and having fun in our cul-de-sac.

6.  Our own Forest Lakes Swim Team--The Hurricanes!

7.  The Forest Lakes Tennis Ladder.

8.  Location, location, location! Close to shopping and easy access to points out-of-town via Rte 29.

9.  Our 2 gorgeous pools!

10. Poker night once a month with the cul-de-sac fathers!
