BAP Founder, Brian Rodgers had the idea to combine all of these tools and services into one easy to use, full service center. BAP was originally intended to be used by real estate professionals already established in the business, but soon it became apparent that it was also an immensely powerful tool for those just starting out also.
Now you understand that when we say BAP is created for real estate agents by a real estate agent, we mean it. The center originally started out with 5 key components: web site development, auto respond service, lead capture, contact manager/database, and pre written marketing materials. Since then BAP has grown into virtual gold mine of real estate knowledge, incorporating new features and information on a regular basis.
About Brian
As an agent that rose to the Top of the real estate industry quickly, Brian Rodgers has been on a fast-paced, meteoric rise since he began his career twelve years ago..
Prior to his real estate career, Brian was a Converse Collegiate All-American Baseball Player and was projected as a top major league prospect by the Houston Astros before a major shoulder injury ended his baseball career.
Through his successful baseball career he developed a highly motivational attitude and winning habits. Brian's competitive nature on the baseball field translated to monumental success in real estate sales.
Brian has been recognized in the real estate industry for his high level of production while maintaining a 30-40 hour work week.
Brian's passion is creating the Ultimate tools and success systems to help any real estate agent achieve a high level of success in their real estate business while maintaining proper life balance. To this end, Brian started and continues to develop Brian Rodgers Companies. BRC is a company dedicated to creating, developing, testing and delivering revolutionary marketing systems to real estate agents and brokers across North America.
Brian is quickly becoming one of the most sought after trainers in the real estate industry while maintaining his highly successful real estate practice. While many real estate trainers no longer sell real estate, Brian feels like it is essential to remain "out in the trenches" so he doesn't lose touch with what is actually going on in the industry.

Besides contributing to the RealtorĀ® community, Brian and his wife of 8 years, Jennifer are avid world travelers and are active in their Church and community. They live with their son Quinn and dog Tessie in Hutchinson, Kansas.
