Successful real estate agent/trainer Brian Rodgers founded the company back under the name of Real Marketing Pros back in 1995 and is still responsible for the overall direction of the business. Successful long time real estate agent/trainer Brandon Patrick who has been with Brian since day 1 is now operating the company full time as our CEO and is the co-creator of the newest and most in depth version of the company platform, BAP Evolve.
Q: Do we have a track record in the business unlike most so called trainers out there these days who have either never sold real estate or who are/were mediocre agents at best?
A: Yes, we do and we will put or reputations and track records up against anyone in the business. Brian and Brandon alone have sold over 1.5 Billion dollars in real estate, 3,500 + transactions and still counting over the past 15 years. Brandon managed one of the most successful Re/Max offices in the Southeast U.S. recruiting and training over 200 agents, many of which went on to become mega producers in the greater Nashville market.

Q: What is included in BAP Evolve

Q: Will my name be sold to a bunch of third parties when I register for an account?
A: It depends on how much we can get for your name; it may be auctioned to the highest bidder!
No, of course not, we have total respect for you and would never think about selling your name to anyone at anytime and it will remain under lock and key. We will send you information and happenings around BAP Evolve from time to time but you will never, NEVER receive a solicitation from an outside company as a result of you registering for an account with us, you have our word on this, it is also written in our privacy policy just in case our word isn't good enough for you:)
Q: Is there a maximum number of members you will accept into BAP Evolve?
A: Yes and once that number is hit, we will no longer accept new members.
However, we tend to close our membership down completely for months or even years at a time. We basically close anytime our membership grows to the point that it becomes a pain in our a%$. This isn't some cheap marketing tool or Facebook Fad System that welcomes everyone, we are very selective about who we allow in.

Q: How do I create a BAP Evolve Account?
A: Just Click Here and if we are currently accepting new members you will be taken to an application and sign up page.
It's easy and relatively painless, depending on your tolerance for pain, of course. You will just need to provide us with your name, mailing address (because we mail a welcome package), primary e-mail address (E-mail is how we send you important information), primary phone number, and a username and password of your choice. All of your contact information will be available only to us; you decide whether or not it will be displayed publicly in the community.
That's it, you now have full access to everything and it was painless. Now, this is fair warning. If we catch anyone and I mean anyone providing false names, addresses, e-mail addresses or anything else for that matter you will be banned from the BAP Evolve community for life, Period.
Q: What payment options do I have?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for our accounts.
Due to strengthening postal regulations, we no longer accept alcohol, first born children or drugs of any kind as payment for our services. Come on, it was just a joke, lighten up a little:)

Q: Where are you guys located?
A: BAP is based in Hutchinson, KS and the closest NFL team drafted Todd Blackledge instead of Jim Kelly and Dan Marino in the 1983 NFL draft and we will never forgive them for that.
We also have an office/company retreat in Nashville, TN.
Q: Do you have a privacy policy? Is it a secret?
A: Yes, we do, and no, it's not privy, but if you want to read it in the privy here it is.
We wont give your name to third party entities unless they want to buy our company for a Huge price tag.
Q: Can I work for BAP?

Q: I am scared that if I am successful with BAP Evolve others in my market will copy me, I'm scared that the market and economy is so bad, I'm scared that the mortgage mess is going to put me out of business, etc. etc.?
A: BAP Evolve is not some system or magic pill. We also do not have one set "system" or way of doing things that works for everyone. In fact we have members from just about every other business coach, website provider, trainer and system out there. BAP does not conflict but only enhances whatever efforts you have already used for success in your business. As a collaborative membership we have some of the most incredible tools, systems, strategies, ideas, etc. but everyone uses BAP differently. However, if you do ever suspect any member is blatantly copying you without your permission please send us the information and we will make them an offer they can't refuse.
BAP is an open source community in a sense. I promise you that we will openly share everything we know with you and hold nothing back and we encourage our members to do the same. Together we are much stronger than alone. Anything that we do at BAP you are free to use and copy. However, if you want to use an idea or strategy that another member developed, please have the common courtesy to ask them before using it, otherwise, we will have to get Bruno out of retirement to hunt you down and it won't be pretty.
Q: How was the BAP software developed?
A: Brian Rodgers starting developing the software to run his very successful real estate business in the year 2000 out of frustration of using so many different companies to provide the needed tools to run a successful, busy real estate practice.
In addition to paying multiple companies, Brian found it even more frustrating that none of the tools worked together seamlessly in one easy to use interface. The final piece of the puzzle for the BAP software came after Brian left his contact management company that he had used for 7 1/2 years because it no longer was adapting to the busy real estate professionals. Without saying the name of the company, its initials are TP. After struggling with getting it right, Brandon Patrick came into the picture and the new BAP contact manager was born. It is the most advanced, easy to use, powerful contact manager in the real estate industry and it works with all of the other tools in BAP Evolve seamlessly. At the urging of friends, members and colleagues we began offering it to select individuals in 2003 under the name "Power Marketing Center".
A few years later, we changed our name to Busy Agent pro and the rest is hostory. We have seen so many tools and promises of huge success come and go in the industry while we have quietly plugged away for the last 15 years. We will happily put our business and platform up against anyone at anytime.
We have two full time, very high paid programmers that work on the software 6 days a week. If there is something it doesn't do, let us know and it may show up shortly in your account. BAP Evolve in our opinion is already the best all-in-one tool SEO, Social and Mobile marketing platform in existence. However, we are constantly upgrading, adding and deleting based on suggestions and comments from our members which is how BAP Evolve came about.
Although we own all of the code to our software, we consider it somewhat open source as it will never be complete and it is a collaborative effort by all of our Members. Since 2000, we have over 1.5 million dollars in development of the software alone then in 2011 we added the power of WordPress to the mix and we are seeing absolutely astonishing SEO, Social and Mobile results.
Q: Do you have any long term contracts?
A: No.

Q: Is BAP Evolve a coaching program?
A: It is more of a marketing tool than a coaching program, however, there is a lot of coaching and other items included in a BAP Evolve membership.

Q: I already have a website, coach, system; training, etc. do I still need a BAP Evolve account?
A: Yes, you do.
BAP Evolve will meet you wherever you are at in your business and only enhance the efforts of anything else you are already doing successfully in your business. In most cases, the BAP Evolve software will integrate with your current websites. Also, just as in real estate, you want to own multiple properties. In our real estate business we own over 100 sites including the highly ranked FreeRealEstateAdvice.com. There are so many ways in which you can get your $997 worth in the first week of using the system! If you added up everything you get with your BAP Evolve account and purchased them from separate companies you would be paying over $1,000 per month and all of the tools and system would not work together in one seamless system and interface.
Q: Can I try it free?
A: If you want to try out a BAP Evolve account you will need to pay us $997 because you will immediately get access to tools, training, systems and technology you will never see anywhere else. If you come in just to see our system and think you can pay the money to get in then ask for a refund.....forget it. Our software and system is proprietary and we pay our staff to build your account.
