Q: What is BAP Fuzion?
A: BAP is the place on the web to find all the tools, coaching, training, support, networking and therapy needed to run you're real estate business. It is a private, tight-knit real estate community dedicated to marketing your real estate business online as well as offline.
Q: Who runs BusyAgentPro.com?
A: BAP is run by a handful of top producing real estate professionals and assorted minions.
The guys in charge are just a couple of lovable, down to earth guys and a couple very smart women who think that fun and excitement should be injected into the otherwise predicable, dry, and boring world of running a successful real estate business. Successful real estate agent/trainer Brian Rodgers founded the company back under the name of Real Marketing Pros back in 1995 and is still responsible for the overall direction of the business. Successful long time real estate agent/trainer Brandon Patrick joined forces with Brian back in 2007 and is now operating the company full time and is the co-creator of the newest and most in depth version of the company, BAP Fuzion.
Q: Do we have a track record in the business unlike most so called trainers out there these days who have either never sold real estate or who are/were mediocre agents at best?
A: Yes, we do and we will put or reputations and track records up against anyone in the business. Brian and Brandon alone have sold over 1.5 Billion dollars in real estate, 3,200 + transactions and still counting over the past 15 years. Brian has successfully sold two real estate practices for well over 7 figures. Brandon managed one of the most successful Re/Max offices in the Southeast U.S. recruiting and training over 200 agents, many of which went on to become mega producers in the greater Nashville market. Together, Brandon and Brian now own The Patrick Group, one of Nashville's top real estate teams in addition to BAP Fuzion, one of the most successful software and coaching companies in the real estate industry over the past 14 years.
Q: Do you have a free trial
A: No.
Over the past 15 years we have developed many revolutionary products and services for real estate professionals and we actually practice what we preach which has pretty much gone the way of the wind in the real estate industry these days. This past year we decided it was time to expose more people to our business since up until then we did no advertising but only relied on our members to refer others to our private community.
A BAP Fuzion account is more like a donation as we only charge for include services that cost us real time and money. All of the services and systems do cost us real money and real time so we of course have to charge for them. Yes, we make a significant amount of money from BAP Fuzion each and every month because we have thousands of members. However, we have real costs and they aren't cheap such as our own servers, storage, bandwidth, bridge lines, our programmers and designers' salaries, our partners' salaries and much more. I can tell you that our profit margin on the amount we charge is very slim. We do not mark up our prices and gouge you because we don't know how to control costs in our company. We are a very transparent company which is extremely unusual anymore.
Q: What is included in BAP Fuzion
A: Everything needed to run a successful, healthy, long term real estate business
Q: Do you have a proven website, flyer, secret social networking strategy or secret system that will work in every single real estate market across the country?
A: No.
We have many, many marketing tools and systems that have been proven to work in our markets and many of our members markets but there is no guarantee or magic bullet. Just like any marketing, you will need to test, evaluate and tweak. However, the systems we provide you are world class and have made us millions of dollars in commissions; we just don't want anyone with unrealistic expectations.
Q: Can I sign up for an account, bitch and moan in the forums, act like an idiot and cry like a little girl because I decided to do nothing and just blame my lack of success on BAP Fuzion?
A: If you are even thinking of sending a fart in that general direction, don't even sign up for an account, we don't want you and you will get kicked out of BAP Fuzion.
There is a good reason why our community boasts some of the top Realtors®, mortgage brokers, investors as well as the top trainers and coaches in the county as "paying" members. It is the best kept secret in the industry but we absolutely refuse to let a few bad apples spoil it for everyone.
Just to clarify, it is fine if you have disagreements, arguments and discussions in the forum or on the coaching and training sessions, but keep it professional and we will absolutely not tolerate any B.S. period and we do not give out warnings or second chances.
Q: Can I sign up and do nothing to generate leads?
A: As long as you are asking this outside of the context of the previous question, yes, you can. We have a program called Done 4U where we will implement our entire, proven battle plan for you so all you have to do is sit back and work the leads we send you. This is an entirely optional program and it isn't cheap as it takes time to implement the plan. So, if you have the time but not enough money then this plan is not for you. If you have the money but no time, the Done 4U program is perfect. If you have no time and no money, it is time to wake up, stop making excuses, get your shit together and start closing deals.
Q: What if I don't agree with something you say or teach?
A: We were just kidding! It is completely healthy and educational to disagree as long as it remains professional.
Q: Will my name be sold to a bunch of third parties when I register for an account?
A: It depends on how much we can get for your name; it may be auctioned to the highest bidder!
No, of course not, we have total respect for you and would never think about selling your name to anyone at anytime and it will remain under lock and key. We will send you information and happenings around BAP from time to time but you will never, NEVER receive a solicitation from an outside company as a result of you registering for an account with us, you have our word on this, it is also written in our privacy policy just in case our word isn't good enough for you:)
Q: I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?
A: You may want to talk to a live person, but we are very busy running our real estate business in addition to BAP, so we have to both compromise on telephone calls.
People who call tend to keep our minions on the phone for hours at a time, discussing minutiae. If you're famous, eminently important, or one of our paying members just include your phone number in your email, and we'll call you. Otherwise please post your questions in our incredibly powerful forum, live chat and ticket system and us or one of our many successful members will answer your questions quickly. If you absolutely must call us or are having trouble with e-mail, our office phone number is 1-800-339-8841 and we have been at the same number for over 10 years. Do not abuse this or we will get very upset and not be pleasant when we pick up the phone and you interrupt our golf game because you couldn't figure out why an e-mail you sent hasn't been answered or delivered.
Q: How do I get customer support?
A: If the problem is anything sales related, we're happy to assist you.
Once you become a member and on the inside, all general support, technical support, billing support and client services are handled through our state-of-the-art Help Desk which can be accessed from anywhere within the BAP Fuzion Community.
Q: How many members do you currently have in BAP Fuzion?
A: Let's just say "thousands" and leave it at that as we don't need the IRS crawling all up in our business, again.
Q: Is there a maximum number of members you will accept into BAP Fuzion?
A: Yes and once that number is hit, we will no longer accept new members. We only work with one real estate agent, mortgage broker and investor per market. So, if you are a member in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for example, nobody else in Cedar Rapids would be able to use our system.
However, we tend to close our membership down completely for months or even years at a time. In fact, as of this writing, July 21st, 2010, we have been closed to new members for over 14 months. We basically close anytime our membership grows to the point that it becomes a pain in our a%$. This isn't some free community that welcomes everyone, we are very selective about who we allow in.
ORDERING QUESTIONS
Q: How do I create a BAP Fuzion Account?
A: Just Click Here and if we are currently accepting new members you will be taken to an application and sign up page.
It's easy and relatively painless, depending on your tolerance for pain, of course. You will just need to provide us with your name, mailing address (because we mail a welcome package), primary e-mail address (E-mail is how we send you important information), primary phone number, and a username and password of your choice. All of your contact information will be available only to us; you decide whether or not it will be displayed publicly in the community.
That's it, you now have full access to everything and it was painless. Now, this is fair warning. If we catch anyone and I mean anyone providing false names, addresses, e-mail addresses or anything else for that matter you will be banned from the BAP Fuzion community for life, Period.
Q: What payment options do I have?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for our accounts.
Due to strengthening postal regulations, we no longer accept alcohol, first born children or drugs of any kind as payment for our services. Come on, it was just a joke, lighten up a little:)

Q: Where are you guys located?
A: BAP is based in Hutchinson, KS and the closest NFL team drafted Todd Blackledge instead of Jim Kelly and Dan Marino in the 1983 NFL draft and we will never forgive them for that.
We also have an office/company retreat in Nashville, TN.
Q: Do you have a privacy policy? Is it a secret?

Q: I am scared that if I am successful with BAP Fuzion others in my market will copy me, I'm scared that the market and economy is so bad, I'm scared that the mortgage mess is going to put me out of business, etc. etc.?
A: Was that a question? First, click here for the answer. Next, remember, we only accept one real estate agent, mortgage broker and investor per market.
Really though, BAP Fuzion is not some system or magic pill. We also do not have one set "system" or way of doing things that works for everyone. In fact we have members from just about every other business coach, trainer and system out there. BAP does not conflict but only enhances whatever efforts you have already used for success in your business. As a collaborative membership we have some of the most incredible tools, systems, strategies, ideas, etc. but everyone uses BAP differently. However, if you do ever suspect any member is blatantly copying you without your permission please send us the information and we will make them an offer they can't refuse.
BAP is an open source community in a sense. I promise you that we will openly share everything we know with you and hold nothing back and we encourage our members to do the same. Together we are much stronger than alone. Anything that we do at BAP you are free to use and copy. However, if you want to use an idea or strategy that another member developed, please have the common courtesy to ask them before using it, otherwise, we will have to get Bruno out of retirement to hunt you down and it won't be pretty.
Q: How was the BAP software developed?
A: Brian Rodgers starting developing the software to run his very successful real estate business in the year 2000 out of frustration of using so many different companies to provide the needed tools to run a successful, busy real estate practice.
In addition to paying multiple companies, Brian found it even more frustrating that none of the tools worked together seamlessly in one easy to use interface. The final piece of the puzzle for the BAP software came after Brian left his contact management company that he had used for 7 1/2 years because it no longer was adapting to the busy real estate professionals. Without saying the name of the company, its initials are TP. After struggling with getting it right, Brandon Patrick came into the picture and the new BAP Fuzion contact manager was born. It is the most advanced, easy to use, powerful contact manager in the real estate industry and it works with all of the other tools in BAP Fuzion seamlessly. At the urging of friends, members and colleagues we began offering it to select individuals in 2003 under the name "Power Marketing Center".
We have two full time, very high paid programmers that work on the software 6 days a week. If there is something it doesn't do, let us know and it may show up shortly in your account. BAP Fuzion in our opinion is already the best all-in-one tool, community and coaching program in existence. However, we are constantly upgrading, adding and deleting based on suggestions and comments from our members which is how BAP Fuzion came about.
Although we own all of the code to our software, we consider it somewhat open source as it will never be complete and it is a collaborative effort by all of our Members. Since 2000, we have over 1.5 million dollars in development of the software alone.
Q: Do you have any long term contracts?
A: No.
We are very confident that we will far exceed any expectations you have for us. Although the BAP Fuzion account is only $697 per year, we promise to deliver many times that value. There are no binding contracts and you control all of your contacts, domain names, etc.
Q: Is BAP Platinum a coaching program?
A: Yes, it absolutely is a coaching program, more like a coaching program on steroids.
For the low $697 per year we charge for BAP Fuzion, we not only deliver the most cutting edge technology available to run your real estate business, we also are there with you every step of the way to ensure you have ongoing training, coaching and accountability. There are other coaching programs out there that charge between $300-$1,000 per month and don't offer anywhere near what you get with BAP Fuzion.
Q: I already have a website, coach, system; training, etc. do I still need a BAP Fuzion account?
A: Yes, you do.
BAP Fuzion will meet you wherever you are at in your business and only enhance the efforts of anything else you are already doing successfully in your business. In most cases, the BAP Fuzion software will integrate with your current websites. Also, just as in real estate, you want to own multiple properties. In our real estate business we own over 50 sites including the highly ranked FreeRealEstateAdvice.com. There are so many ways in which you can get your $697 worth each and every year. If you added up everything you get with your Fuzion account and purchased them from separate companies you would be paying over $1,000 per month and all of the tools and system would not work together in one seamless system and interface.
Q: Can I try it free?
A: If you want to try out a BAP Fuzion account you will need to pay us $697 because you will immediately get access to tools, training, systems and technology you will never see anywhere else.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Contact us through Help Desk from anywhere within the BAP Community and let us know what the problem is.
Be kind, and be sure to use small words. However, if you are canceling you may also want to make an appointment with your Doctor at the same time to have your head examined.
To cancel, you simply click the Profile button under the calendar in your BAP desktop and submit the Cancel Service form.
Q: Do you offer any guarantees?
A: We have not one, but three guarantees!
1. We guarantee that if you listen to us and follow our simple system your real estate business will never be the same.
2. We also guarantee that if you follow our simple system, you will make at least 20 times your investment in BAP Fuzion within the first year or we will double your money back!
3. If you sign up and do not follow our system, you will fail and you will not get any money back. Just consider it our payment for putting up with you for an entire year and you refusing to be coachable and following success clues.
Q: How many hours per week am I expected to work to be successful with BAP Fuzion.
A: 3-6 hours per week following our plan, that's it. No B.S., no hype. If you can't commit 3-6 hours per week to BAP Fuzion, please do not sign up.
Q: Can you tell me more about the Social Networking platform, video submission system, text marketing platform, websites, single property sites, short sale system, autoresponders, contact manager, audio, video, MLS integration and all of the other technology?
A: We could, but you would then need to be enrolled in the witness protection program and a being a secret agent in this business is not good.
