Originally from the city of Detroit, Carl studied Electronic Engineering at the Ohio Institute of Technology in Columbus, Ohio. Following graduation in 1979, he moved to North Carolina to begin a long successful career with IBM.
Witnessing the tremendous growth in the Raleigh/Durham area over the last three decades sparked an interest in Real Estate that quickly turned into a passion and then a new career path when Carl became a licensed Realtor® in 2003.
With many years of experience directing large corporate projects from concept to completion, Carl brings to the Real Estate industry the project management, problem solving, research, communication and technical skills necessary to efficiently move your Real Estate transaction from contract to closing.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

After you have figured out the parts of the Gold membership get the Platinum, it's a coaching program with unlimited websites thrown in (or visa versa) and so much more. Wow, I wish I had had this when I first started RE 5 years ago.
